Reimager is a fast, friendly Mac app for batch image conversion and resizing. Drag in files or folders, pick your presets, and run the queue; Reimager handles the rest with reliable, sandboxed performance.
What’s New:
1.1 — First App Store release!
- Fast batch conversions with a simple, preset-driven workflow.
- High-quality WEBP, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC output (HEIC via Apple ImageIO).
- Flexible resizing: exact size, fit-width, or fit-height (perfect for picture frames).
- Smart file naming (append dimensions, choose .jpg or .jpeg).
- Turbo mode to parallelize long queues.
- Imports and exports to nested folders (recursively) or user-set Export folder.
Why you’ll love it:
- Preset-driven workflow: add as many “Format Presets” as you want (e.g., WEBP q80 at 1920×1080, JPEG q90 at 1080 height).
- Flexible resizing: choose Shrink or stretch to fit (exact WxH), Scale to fit width, or Scale to fit height — great for photo frames and social exports.
- Smart naming: optionally append dimensions (e.g., photo-1920×1080.jpg), choose .jpg or .jpeg, and control extension behavior.
- Batch everything: drop files or folders; Reimager walks subfolders and ignores non-image clutter.
- Multiple setting configurations can be saved and reloaded for jobs.
- Turbo mode: use all available cores to speed through large queues.
- Option to strip all metadata.
- Clean, private, and sandboxed: no accounts, no ads, no trackers, and only the files you choose.
- Automatic and manual cache purging… no bloating.
